In a period of unprecedented crisis that affects the economic, political, governmental and social sectors in Lebanon, SE.TC aims to improve the economic situation in Lebanon’s north, Bekaa and South region, through training and coaching of teachers-trainers and students of Lebanese HEIs to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and culture.
Key objective
The key aim of the project is to provide a way for active development of human capital, practical encouragement of social entrepreneurial activities and establishment of effective pathways to youth employment in strategic cooperation with different stakeholders. It aims to empower teachers-trainers and students and enhance their innovative pedagogical approaches for the growth of social entrepreneurship, micro-businesses, and early-stage start-ups in rural regions in Lebanon, creating a supportive entrepreneurial environment in their communities.

Expected results
Students and Faculty members build their capacities and boost their competences respectively to coach and become future social entrepreneurs, while helping underprivileged people in the community.
Refugees and vulnerable youth are supported in the transition towards full integration within the Lebanese labour market.
Underprivileged Lebanese in the rural regions of the country are helped to innovative ideas for sustainable economic growth.
A platform to connect all actors, students, trainers and concerned communities, for recommendation and mutual support, facilitate connections and engage stakeholders, NGOs and public authorities.
